Browsing the requirements library
Every requirement you save is kept in your Requirements Library — a separate tab from the one where you write and refine them. Open it from the sidebar to find something you started earlier instead of describing it again from scratch.
How a requirement gets here
Section titled “How a requirement gets here”You don’t have to finish writing before a requirement is saved:
- While you’re writing or refining one (see writing requirements), clicking Save draft stores it with Draft status so you can come back to it later.
- Once the business analyst finishes refining your description into a spec — or right before a generation starts — it’s saved automatically as Finalized, with a version snapshot recorded alongside it.
Searching and filtering
Section titled “Searching and filtering”A search box filters the library by title and content as you type. Next to it, three status filters — All, Finalized, Draft — narrow the list further. Each card shows the requirement’s title, an excerpt, its tags, how many versions it has, and any modules already generated from it.
Opening a requirement
Section titled “Opening a requirement”Click a card’s title to open it. The detail view shows the full requirement text, its tags, when it was last updated, and — if it went through the AI refine dialog — what that refinement cost.
-
Refine sends the requirement back into the conversation with the business analyst, picking up where it left off.
-
Generate skips straight to the configuration step, using the requirement’s saved content as-is — use this for a finalized spec you don’t need to change.
Version history and generated modules
Section titled “Version history and generated modules”A requirement that has been through refinement more than once keeps every earlier version. See history and generated module jumps down to that timeline, where each version is clickable and opens the exact text it held at the time. Any module already built from this requirement is listed there too, with a link into the modules library at that specific module.
Starting fresh
Section titled “Starting fresh”New Requirement, in the library’s header and in the sidebar, clears the builder and starts a new one — it doesn’t touch whatever you were last working on. If you haven’t saved anything yet, the library shows an empty state with the same button to get you started.
