Unsubscribing from the waitlist

Every email OdoMate sends about the waitlist — the request confirmation and the invite itself — carries an unsubscribe link in the footer. Using it stops further waitlist emails to that address without you having to contact anyone.

  1. Open any waitlist email from OdoMate and select Unsubscribe in the footer.
  2. Your mail client may handle this as a one-click action instead of opening the link — Gmail and similar clients that support one-click unsubscribe send the request directly. Either way, the result is the same.
  3. You land on a confirmation page: “You’re unsubscribed. You won’t receive any more emails from the OdoMate waitlist.”

Your waitlist record is marked withdrawn immediately: you stop receiving waitlist and invite emails, and a separate confirmation email goes out to confirm it worked. If you had a pending or already-issued invite, it stops working too — signing in with that address now shows a You withdrew page instead of letting you in. See Logging in for what that page says and how to reach OdoMate if it happened by mistake.

Your data isn’t deleted right away: it’s kept for 30 days after you unsubscribe, then permanently deleted. If you unsubscribed by mistake and want your data removed sooner, or want to ask about it, email privacy@odomate.pro.

Selecting the link again after you’ve already unsubscribed shows the same confirmation page — it isn’t treated as an error. You just don’t get a second confirmation email, since nothing changes the second time.

An unsubscribe link that’s malformed or doesn’t match a known address shows an Invalid unsubscribe link page instead of confirming anything. Email privacy@odomate.pro and OdoMate will remove you manually.

Submitting the request-access form again with the same email doesn’t add you back automatically. See Requesting beta access for what happens instead and how to confirm you want back in.
